I highly recommend this cd if you like Bobby McFarrin, and Soul with a little Pop/Rap. It is truly impressive.
I am a dance teacher and the song they sang had me tapping my feet instantaneously. I first heard this group on the Ellen D show.
The thing I find most amazing is how they use their voices as the various instruments while singing. I had to have that cd.
And the boys did not disappoint. It's like Bobby McFarrin on steroids.
If you are a dance teacher, I use it for a Jazz warm-up and have gotten several Tap combos from it.
The music is fantastic as always. The fact that they can rap, sound like instruments themselves and sing acappella showcases their talent more than any group I've heard. Unless you've physically seen them in concert, it's hard to appreciate the depth of their talent. Wonderful album (CD).
We saw then live and had to have a CD of their's. Can't believe that everything you hear is them. No music just them. They are truely talented.
I saw these guys in April with Michael Buble and have been crazy about them ever since. I love the variety of beats and music styles. They are great. What talent and use of God-given gifts. the solo lines are great and who thought you could play the electric guitar or bass with your mouth. :-) Great work fellas.
If your longing for Boys to Men were in shock, you will be relived with this AWSOME sound. If it weren"t for Ellen I would have never found these talented 7 men.ALL WITHOUT MUSICAL INSTUMENTS and the vocals were awsome. Be good to your soul and add this to your collection. You cannot gowrong with these guys. THEY WILL BE BIG. YOU WON'T BE SORRY.LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVE THEMTHANKS ELLEN YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION FOR US ALL. YOUR BIGGEST FAN.
